Obituary of Roland Ptolemy
Roland (Bud) Ptolemy was born on March 6, 1932 in Spirit River, Alberta to Jennie & Archibald Ptolemy. He passed away on July 8, 2009 at the Central Peace Hospital at the age 77 with his family by his side after a courageous battle of cancer. With Respect to Buds wishes no formal funeral service will be held.
Bud is survived by his wife Evelda, children, Karen Allinson, Graig Ptolemy, Randy Ptolemy, and grand children Shelly (Allan) Birch, Charlene (Robin) Knaus, Jason Johnson & Amber, Chad and Trisha Ptolemy, Shalynn Vanderlee, Also his 8 great grand children.
A special thanks to Dr. Eva Kitagawa and all the nurses at Spirit River Central Peace Hospital, for all their support and special care provided for Roland during his time in the hospital.
For friends so wishing, donations may be made in memory of Bud to the Central Peace Health Complex.
