Obituary of Ann Sharon Brown
Ann Sharon (Henderson) Brown was born May 12, 1934 in Portland Oregon. She married Harold Brown on June 24th, 1965. Soon after they had their first son, he was seven months old when Ann and Harold moved to Wisteria, B.C. In 1967 another son came along. On August 16, 1986, Harold passed away at the age of 71 in Burns Lake, B.C. From then on, Ann stayed in Burns Lake. She worked at Babine Mill for 14 years, then retired.
After retirement, Ann moved in with her son and daughter in law, and when they moved to Dawson Creek, she moved along with them! Ann loved dogs and horses. She also loved to knit and crochet.
Ann lived in Dawson Creek for 4 years, until her passing on October 19, 2008 at the age of 74. She will be lovingly remembered by her children and one grandson, whom she adored.
With respect to Ann's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. Interment will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank the Dawson Creek Hospital Staff and Dr. Gnanabaskaran for making Ann very comfortable until her passing.
