Obituary of Velma Myrtle Esther Taylor

Ester Taylor, a long time resident of Dawson Creek, B.C. passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2013 in Dawson Creek at the age of 93 years. Velma Ester Taylor was born in Cambridge, Ontario on April 25, 1920. Ester was the daughter of George and Emma Brownscombe. Ester married Charlie in 1939, he was the apple of her eye and the love of her life. Charlie and Ester had three wonderful children, their children were their lives. When their children had babies, it was time for Ester and Charlie to be the best grandparents a child could ever ask for. Ester was always up for new adventures and lived her life to the fullest. When Charlie passed away, and later her daughter Mary Ann, Ester's life was to be forever changed. Ester relied on the support of her family and friends to get her through these difficult times. As usual Ester was a trooper and pushed through the difficult times looking for the positive and always wearing a smile on her face as well as in her heart. Ester will be greatly missed by all of her family members and people within the community. She was a pillar of strength for many and had developed many long lasting, loving relationships throughout the years. Ester was predeceased by her husband Charles Andrew Taylor, and her daughter Mary Ann Lefferson. Ester is survived by her daughter Arlene Moore and son Larry Taylor. A celebration of Ester's life will be held at a later date. Very Respectfully Reynars Funeral Home & Crematorium
