Obituary of Glen Sandboe
Glen Sandboe, a resident of Grande Prairie, Alberta, formerly of LaGlace, Alberta, passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 in Grande Prairie at the age of 88 years.
Glen was predeceased by his wife Velma, his parents Sigurd and Helga, and his brothers Clifford, Stanley, Alf, Marlin, and Robert.
Glen leaves to mourn his daughter Sheila (Ken) McQuaig, grandson Ken Jr. (Donna) McQuaig, granddaughter Shelly (Kelly) Haire, along with his great grandchildren Katelyn, Kyle, Lacy, Cody, Kendra, and Kelsey, his brother Lloyd (Alvina), sisters Selma (Jack) Gummer, and Doreen Robinson, sister-in-law Mabel Johnson, and numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
A Celebration of Glen's Life was held on Friday, June 9, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the LaGlace Bible Fellowship Church. Pastor Nelson Senft officiated. Interment will be held in the LaGlace Cemetery at a later date.
