Obituary of James Harold Lockhart
It is with heavy hearts we announce that James Harold Lockhart, a longtime resident of Arras/Dawson Creek B.C. passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at the young age of 46 years. He was the first child of 3 born to James Lockhart Sr. and Suzan Lockhart (Tieulie) in Victoria, B.C on Saturday January 5, 1974.
James was a very proud father, loving son, brother, uncle, nephew, friend, and partner. His quirky sense of humor, "Good Morning Beautiful’s", sarcasm and quick wit, fridge raids and uncomfortable bathroom noises, zest for life, and appreciation of the little things will be greatly missed. We will remember the good times and carry the love and laughter in our hearts forever. Every beautiful sunrise, every backyard fire, every snowcapped mountain and wind in the trees...he will be there with us.
The family wishes to invite friends of James to a Celebration of James' life at his property in Arras, on Saturday, August 1, 2020 from 4-7pm. Please bring a chair, refreshment, and perhaps some good old stories of Lockhart adventures. Social distancing and sanitation will be required. Meal will be provided.
