Obituary of Brian Wesleyson
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Brian James Wesleyson, resident of Dawson Creek, British Columbia on Friday, October 30, 2020 at 63 years of age.
Brian was a loving husband, father, step-father and grandfather. He leaves behind his wife, Emily, daughters Jennifer (Matt) Otoupal, Jessica Wesleyson and Son Dan (Liticia) Wesleyson. Stepson Will McInnes, stepdaughters Megan (Billy) Sandberg and Shannon McInnes. grandchildren, Taylynn, Georgia, Lachlan, Alice and Aerianna. He worked for the BC Forest Service as BC Timber Sales manager, in Dawson Creek, until he retired early at age 55. He liked to spend his retired winters in Florida where he could enjoy a longer golf season. He was also an avid fan of the New England Patriots and loved all sports. Being an only child, he thought of his Fantasy Sport team ‘First Husband’s Club’ members as his “brothers” and spent many happy hours organizing/discussing their fantasy sports teams. Brian was also a committed member of the gym and strived to reach his 10,000 steps a day. Brian will be missed greatly by all his family and friends.
There will be a private family ceremony at a later date in Brian’s favourite place, Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.
