Obituary of Orrin Boe
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Orrin Boe, long-time resident of Dawson Creek, British Columbia, on Sunday, August 8th, 2021, just 13 days past his 90th birthday.
He lived a full life with his greatest loves being his wife, family, and friends. He was happiest when, playing his fiddle with friends and sons, fishing, travelling, and making people laugh with his many jokes. He was a past President of both Son’s of Norway and Rotary.
Orrin was predeceased by his parents, eleven siblings, daughters Debbie and Cindy and his daughter in-law Leslie. He leaves behind his wife of 67 years, Clara; daughters Wendy (Rob) Timmons, Sue Boe; sons Gerry (Michelle) and Terry Boe; grandsons Ryan (Andrea) Timmons, Jacob and Michael Boe; granddaughter Andrea Timmons and great grandson Ryder Timmons.
At his request there will be no service. For friends so wishing, donations may be made in memory of Orrin to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Suite #200-885 Dunsmuir Street, Vancouver BC, V6C 1N5.
