Obituary of Shane Daniel Roth
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Shane Roth, long time resident of Dawson Creek, British Columbia, on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at the age of 62 years.
Shane Daniel Roth
(March 18, 1959 - January 8, 2022)
Born in Pouce Coupe, British Columbia. Beloved and mourned deeply by his children; Kelsie (Richard), Daniel (Sarah), Travis, and his sweetheart, Mylene. Survived by sister Donna and brother Shaun. Predeceased by parents Joyce and Dale MacLeod.
A loving father and grandfather, Shane devoted much time to helping others, invariably spreading positivity and laughter wherever he went. Missed by his grandchildren; Aidan, Emma, Skylar, Liam, Lochlan and Oliver, whom he loved chasing and wrestling every time he got the chance. A big-hearted fella, Shane/Dad/Grampa will be dearly missed, but shall remain in our hearts forever.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Shane on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Reynars Funeral Chapel. Interment to follow at a later date. For friends so wishing, donations may be made in memory of Shane to the Canadian Cancer Society, 565 West 10th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V5Z 4J4.
