Obituary of Helen "Pearl" Pearson
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Pearl Pearson, resident of Dawson Creek, British Columbia, on Sunday July 10, 2022 at the age of 79.
Pearl was born in Grande Prairie, Alberta on February 17, 1943. She met Ted in 1958 and together they raised four children. They moved to Dawson Creek in the 1970’s and in 1978 bought Lux Cleaners and finished out their work life running it. They then retired and liked to spend their winters in Mexico.
Pearl leaves to mourn her husband Ted Pearson, her children Cindy Wager, Tracy (Anne) Pearson, Karla Hackworth, and Terry (Wayne) Meerman. She will be greatly missed by her 10 grandchildren and her 39 great grandchildren.
Pearl is predeceased by her parents Anna and Peter Remple, and three sisters, Margaret, Francis and Kathy.
A service will be held at the home of Tracy and Anne at 228 Patterson Road, Pouce Coupe on Friday,July 22 at 1 pm. Terry Coe will officiate. Please join us for tea and coffee afterwards.
