Obituary of Hazel Melnyk
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Hazel Aileen Melnyk, a resident of Dawson Creek, British Columbia, on Sunday, October 2, 2022, at the age of 94 years.
A Funeral Service will be held for Hazel on Friday, October 7, 2022, at 1:00pm from Reynars Funeral Chapel. Pauline Haycock will officiate. Interment to follow in Brookside Cemetery, Dawson Creek, British Columbia.
For friends so wishing, donations may be made in memory of Hazel to the Senior Citizens Hall, 1101 McKellar Ave, Dawson Creek, BC, V1G 2S2.
