Obituary of Helen Linsley
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Marie Helen Linsley, longtime resident of the Groundbirch on Sunday, January 10, 2021 in Dawson Creek at the age of 77 years.
Helen is survived by her children Wesley (Lana) Linsley , Lisa (Marc) Dionne, Bonnie Linsley ; her 9 beloved grandchildren Ashlee (Stefan), Jillese (AJ), Jake, Shelby (Calvin), Vanessa, Derek, Brayden, Nickolas, Austyn and 5 great grandchildren Avery, Amelia, Wells, Anders and Elias, as well as her sisters and many nieces and nephews.
Helen was predeceased by her late husband Earl Linsley.
“I loved my family a lot. They are important to me as well as my other relatives and friends. I like to look at each one as precious to me and especially loved by our God Almighty. I tried to see each one as a unique person with their own gifts” - message of love left by Helen Linsley
Helens family would like to thank the many friends, extended family members, church and community members who had a special place in Helens life.
Due to COVID restrictions, a private family graveside service will be held at a later date. For friends so wishing, donations in memory of Helen may be made to Peace Mission Chapel, Box 100, Progress, BC, V0C 2E0.
